COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Vendor Management programs have been under the regulatory microscope for a number of years and the scrutiny is only increasing in intensity. Even those sectors that are not under regulatory pressure have found that they have been greatly affected by supply chain risk and need to augment their vendor management programs. The advent of the COVID 19 Pandemic revealed many programmatic deficiencies and controls needing to be augmented. Control areas of the vendor management program which were treated informally have been subject to audit and regulatory findings and now require formalized structure and documentation.

Understanding where your vendor management program stands in terms of its adequacy to identify, monitor and manage risk has been a challenge… until now!
